Job Templates
You can now save time and improve job posting accuracy by saving jobs as templates. Create templates from scratch or base them on an existing job posting. You can create/edit your templates under Manage Templates or under the Templates tab under Jobs.
To use an existing template, you can click "Create a Job" and choose "Start from template".

Advanced Candidate Search
Candidate search has been upgraded with support for advanced queries using AND or OR logic. This allows you to filter candidates more quickly and find the right match with more precision.
Applied to Multiple Jobs
It is now easier to see which other jobs a candidate has applied to within your company. All users have visibility on the job title, location, pipeline stage, and date applied. Contributors and Reviewers may have limited visibility based on job access.
Minor Updates to Activity Reports
We have made a few small improvements in the reporting section to help make your activity reports more useful and easier to navigate.

βSchedule Job Start Date: Want your job posting to go live at a later date? With Schedule Job Start Date you can set a future publish date for your job.
