Job Templates help you quickly create consistent job postings while saving time.

You can create and manage Job Templates from the Manage Templates section of your account.

Template Language Options

You can create:

  • English-only templates

  • French-only templates

  • Bilingual (English and French) templates

How to Create a Job Template

When building a template, you can enter the same information you would when creating a regular job posting, including:

  • Job Title

  • Location

  • Description

  • Job Details

  • Customized Application Form

  • Screening Questions

You can also include placeholder text in any section. When you create a job from the template, you will be able to edit and update all details before publishing.

How to Create a Job from a Template

You can access and use Job Templates in three places:

1. From the Manage Templates Section

  • Go to Manage Templates

  • Click the three dots beside the template you want to use

  • Select Create Job from Template

2. From the + Create Job Posting Button

  • Click + Create Job Posting in the top navigation menu

  • Choose Start from a template

  • Select a template to begin

3. From the Jobs Tab

  • Navigate to the Jobs tab

  • Choose Templates

  • Click Create Fob from Template

  • This is only visible if there are saved templates available.

Finalizing Your Job Posting

After clicking Create Job from Template:

  • Enter the job title for this specific posting

  • Review all job details

  • Make any necessary updates or edits

  • Publish when ready

All template content can be adjusted before the job goes live.

Saving an Existing Job as a Template

You can also turn an existing job posting into a template.

To do this:

  • Go to your existing job posting

  • Click the dropdown arrow beside the job

  • Select Save as Template

This is a great option if you regularly hire for similar roles and want to reuse a previous posting.
