How do I feature my job posting?

The easy way to upgrade your job posting for more visibility.

All job postings start as Standard Job Postings. You have the option to upgrade to a Featured Job Posting at checkout. To do so, simply click "Add to Order" under the "Feature Your Job" option.

Featured Job Postings offer great benefits, like job highlights to help you attract more candidates, plus a featured spot rotation at the top of the search results for the first 14 days. Featured jobs get up to 2.5X more apply clicks than Standard Postings and up to 30% more views.

If you decide not to upgrade during checkout, you can still feature your Live Job Posting later. Just click "Boost" on your posting and select "Feature Your Job."
