📝 New Post a Job Flow
We’ve simplified the job description process. Instead of filling out four separate fields, you’ll now see one single description box. This makes it easier to paste in or write your full job description in one place.
Optionally, if you’d like to add clean section headers like Responsibilities, Qualifications, or Benefits, you can still organize them under each section.
By filling in each section with your job description, your posting will be displayed as follows:
👥 New User Type – Reviewer
We’ve added a new Reviewer role to give you more flexibility.
Reviewers can:
View and manage candidates within jobs they’re assigned to.
Review applications and leave feedback.
Participate in the hiring pipeline.
Reviewers cannot:
Create, edit, activate, or promote jobs.
🔍 Manage Users Improvements
Finding and managing teammates is now easier:
Search by Name OR Email to quickly find users.
Filter by Role (e.g., Contributor, Reviewer, Administrator) to see exactly who has what access in your account.
Filter by Last Login to see who is actively using your account.
Filter by Created Date to see who was added during a period of time.
📂 Templates Consolidation
Email templates and question templates now live together under one unified page.
⭐ New Candidate Rating – “Undecided”
When reviewing candidates, sometimes it’s not an immediate Yes or No. That’s why we’ve introduced a third option:
Undecided → mark candidates to revisit later.
📊 New Candidate Details Report
You can now generate and export a customized candidate report with all the details you need, including:
Screening question answers
Notes
Tags
Current pipeline stage
And much more!
