When creating a job posting, you’ll see two options: Publish and Promote. Here’s what each one means:
Publish
Publishing your job opens it in your ATS. This means:
The job will appear on your Job Widget (if integrated into your career site).
It will be listed on your Employer Profile (if activated).
You can share it with potential jobseekers.
However, a published job alone will not appear on CareerBeacon.com.
Promote
If you want your job to be advertised on CareerBeacon.com, you need to Promote it.
Under the Promote Tab, choose Add To Cart under the Standard Job Posting option.
Once promoted, your job will be advertised on CareerBeacon for 30 days.
To check if a job is currently promoted, go to the Open Jobs section in your ATS and look for the CareerBeacon "C" icon under the job title.
