Add new team members to streamline collaboration in your hiring process.

Managing Users and Adding a New Team Member

To view all team members in your company:

  • Click on the top-right dropdown menu and select "Manage Users".

  • To add a new team member, click "Add New User" and enter their information, including their hiring team role.

Understanding User Roles

Each team member has a specific role that determines their level of access:

  • Owner – Has full access to the account and is the only user who can modify billing information. There can only be one Owner per team.

  • Administrator – Can create, activate, and promote jobs, as well as view and manage all applicants. They can also invite and edit team members, but cannot modify billing information.

  • Contributor – Can view jobs they have been granted access to and create new jobs, but cannot activate or promote them. Their access is limited, making this role ideal for those who only need to review candidates.

Inviting and Managing Team Members

Once you send an invitation, the new team member will receive an email prompting them to create a password. After setting up their password, they can log in and start using the CareerBeacon ATS.

To edit or remove a team member:

  • Click the "Edit User" button next to the user’s name.

  • You can update their information, change their role, or remove them from the team.

Troubleshooting: Unable to Add a User?

If you receive an error while adding a new user, they may already have a MyBeacon jobseeker account using the same email. CareerBeacon does not allow a jobseeker and employer account to share the same email address.

If this is the case, we suggest they change their MyBeacon email to a personal one and use their work email for their ATS employer account access. If you’re still having trouble adding a new user, please contact [email protected]
