Need to move a candidate to another job posting? Whether they’re a better fit for a different role or you want to keep them in multiple postings, the Move/Copy feature makes it simple. Here’s how to do it:
Select Candidate(s)
Open the job where the candidate is currently stored.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select the candidate(s) you want to copy or move.
Click "Move"
Choose the Destination
Select the company, position, and status for the candidate(s).
Copy or Move?
Once completed, the candidate will appear in the new position with the selected status.
