How to Copy or Move Candidates to Another Job

Transfer candidates to a different job posting with the Move/Copy feature.

Need to move a candidate to another job posting? Whether they’re a better fit for a different role or you want to keep them in multiple postings, the Move/Copy feature makes it simple. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Select Candidate(s)

    • Open the job where the candidate is currently stored.

    • Use the checkboxes on the left to select the candidate(s) you want to copy or move.

  2. Click "Move"

    • Once selected, click the "Move" button above the candidate list.

  3. Choose the Destination

    • Select the company, position, and status for the candidate(s).

  4. Copy or Move?

    • Choose Copy (keep the candidate in both jobs) or Move (remove them from the original job).

Once completed, the candidate will appear in the new position with the selected status.
