How to Use Candidate Filters

Candidate filters help you quickly narrow down your applicant pool, making it easier to find the right fit.

Using Candidate Filters

  1. In the Candidate view for your job, click "Filters" in the right-hand column.

  2. Select from a variety of filter options, such as Questions, Education, and more. You can apply multiple filters at once.

  3. Once a filter is selected, specify the criteria you'd like to see, like Bachelors Degree, for example.

  4. Need to start over? Simply reset your filters to clear your selections.

Filters make it easy to focus on the most relevant candidates, helping you streamline your hiring process!
