Creating an email template is easy!
Go to the "Manage Templates" section in the top-right dropdown.
Click "Add Template" to create a new email template.
Fill out the required information and click "Add Template" to save.
Want to personalize your emails? Click the "P" button to add placeholders, like a candidate’s first name or the job title they applied to. These will automatically insert the correct details for each recipient.
To remove a template, simply click "Remove Template" while editing.
Once saved, your template will be ready to use when emailing candidates, making outreach faster and more efficient!
