Setting Up Screening Questions
When creating a job posting, find the Screening Questions section under Additional Details:
Add up to five questions relevant to the role.
Select up to three questions as dealbreakers (optional).
Reviewing Candidate Responses
Screening question answers are available under the Screening Questions tab on each candidate’s profile.
Dealbreaker responses will also be highlighted on the main candidate page, helping you quickly identify potential concerns.
