Key Features of Screening Questions

  • Available exclusively with the CareerBeacon Quick Apply method.

  • Choose from a library of pre-built questions or create your own.

  • Add up to five total screening questions per job posting.

  • Up to three of these questions can be set as dealbreakers.

    • Dealbreaker questions will not be labeled as such for applicants but will be flagged in the employer account for easy review.

Setting Up Screening Questions

When creating a job posting, find the Screening Questions section under Additional Details:

  1. Add up to five questions relevant to the role.

  2. Select up to three questions as dealbreakers (optional).

Reviewing Candidate Responses

Screening question answers are available under the Screening Questions tab on each candidate’s profile.

Dealbreaker responses will also be highlighted on the main candidate page, helping you quickly identify potential concerns.

By leveraging screening questions effectively, you can speed up hiring decisions and focus on the best talent for your team. 🚀
